Krillion: Rare Answers and a Deeper Dive

Krillion is the ocean dive with a krill. Its opening screen says seven prompts, 25 seconds each and rarer answers sink deeper. Here is a repeatable way to choose answers without relying on a daily solution.

Read the whole prompt first

Before hunting for an unusual word, decide what the question accepts. An answer only helps if it fits the requested category. The first few seconds are best spent understanding the boundary of the prompt.

Replace the first answer once

The first familiar answer you think of is likely to occur to other players too. Keep it as a safe fallback, then look for one less obvious but unmistakably valid alternative. Submit the stronger choice before the 25-second timer ends.

Use depth as feedback

The dive shows progress by how deep the krill travels. After a prompt, notice whether the answer moved you farther than expected. The useful lesson for the next prompt is whether you were too obvious or pushed so far that the answer might not fit.

Recognise the original game

The captured opening screen shows a pale sky, a dark ocean, “The Daily Dive” and a “Begin Descent” button. The original opens at krillion.io; this site links to it because its page does not allow embedding.

A quick choice under pressure

If you have two valid answers, ask which one another player would type first. Keep the less familiar one when you can still explain why it fits. If you cannot, submit the safer answer before time runs out.

Do not confuse the dives

Krillion has a krill and an ocean descent. Hopdown has a rabbit and soil layers. Both use unusual valid answers, but they are separate games with separate daily rounds.

Next-round checklist

  1. Confirm the category.
  2. Keep a safe valid answer as fallback.
  3. Try a less common valid answer before the clock runs out.
